Third fill - we'd already run two of our own ‘Heritage’ batches through it. Most of the Bordeaux influence is gone by then, leaving the agave singing. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen we let it rest a full year before bottling. Everything integrated.
